Celebrating 20 years of Multi-Generational Style with Iconic Australian Fashion Brand, Seed Heritage

When we first read that Seed Heritage is celebrating 20 years in fashion – we thought “oh wow, it started in the eighties?”. Ah nope, the year 2000 was two decades ago! Sheesh. Once the standard “where did that time go?” feeling had passed we reflected on just how monumental that number is in retail today.

The go-to destination for on-trend fashion for the whole family, Seed Heritage has long been a much-loved personal go-to store for us here at Smart. Casual. Classic. Sure, the trends are there each season but pieces are consistently cut in a flattering style and there is an ever-present underlying simple but chic look. Simply, Seed make going casual feel glam. Adored by kids, young mothers and grandmothers alike we thought it a perfect fit to style a multi-generational shoot today. Nan, Vivienne; mum, Kellie and daughters, Holly and Zoey were kind enough to try some styles for us and we are thrilled with the result! We think Zoey’s beautiful big smile suggests she is pretty chuffed too! Check out these beauts – the clothes and the women : )

“This black, tiered wool dress is my absolute favourite from the shoot. I feel so comfortable, feminine and stylish all at once. I could dress up with different shoes for dinner or keep the white sandshoes for casual. I have my best friends farewell dinner coming up in a few weeks and plan to wear the dress then.”

– Kellie

“I love this whole outfit, particularly the brown cord jacket. It’s comfortable and just my style. Jean’s were sooo comfortable and I loved the length.”

– Holly

“I really like the forest green they have in store at the moment. This knit could be good for a Christmas in July dinner or it’s equally wearable with jeans and sneakers to a friends place for a cards night which we’ve been doing more of lately.”

– Vivienne

“My favourite was the navy knitted sweater and the skirt matched it so well. I would love to wear it to my friends party for a sleep over”

– Zoey

“The fabric of this top is textured and the angled hem makes it feel a little bit dressier. I like the way I can wear casual clothes from Seed but still feel fashionable with just that little bit extra from their styles.”

– Vivienne
