When we first launched Smart. Casual. Classic. an associate said to us “it sounds exactly like something my mum would enjoy”. And how right was she! This is Carole Sheppard, mother of said colleague who was right on the money when envisioning the style of this website. Carole is a floral designer from the Hunter Vally who clearly has an aptitude for all things visual. We love a classic look, generally keep it casual and always strive for a smart, chic look. Carole embodies these principles beautifully, she is all class from head-to-toe… including face! Did anyone else notice that complexion? We had to ask about Carole’s skincare regime. “I like to go for classic, timeless options with a slight edge. I know instantly what I like! I do love a classic Ralph Lauren type smart/casual look styled up with beautiful jewellery and accessories. I think style reflects confidence and one’s personality! Grooming is at the top of my list to creating effortless style. Without grooming, you will never look pulled together. As I have got older, comfort is very important to me even when dressing up. My favourite labels are Ralph Lauren, Mela Purdie, Peri Cutten and Luxe de Luxe.”
